Manuscript Submission
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the DergiPark submission system.

The corresponding author is responsible for all communications with the journal throughout the submission and publication process.
Language
Manuscripts may be submitted in Turkish or English.
English-language manuscripts should be reviewed by a professional language editor before submission.
The editorial office reserves the right to make minor linguistic corrections without changing the scientific content of accepted manuscripts.
For Turkish manuscripts, authors should comply with the Turkish Language Association (TDK) spelling and grammar rules.

MANUSCRIPT FORMAT
Manuscripts must be prepared using:
• Microsoft Word
• Times New Roman
• 12-point font size
• Double spacing
• 2.5 cm margins on all sides
• Consecutive page numbering
SI units should be used throughout the manuscript.
Abbreviations must be defined at first mention.
In Turkish manuscripts percentages should be written as “%50”; in English manuscripts as “50%”.
Decimal separators should be written as commas in Turkish manuscripts (55,78) and periods in English manuscripts (55.78).
MANUSCRIPT COMPONENTS
1. Cover Letter
The cover letter must:
• Be signed by the corresponding author.
• State that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere.
• Declare any funding sources.
• Declare conflicts of interest.
• Confirm compliance with publication ethics principles.
2. Title Page
The title page must include:
• Full manuscript title in Turkish and English
• Running title in Turkish and English
• Full names of all authors
• Institutional affiliations of all authors
• ORCID IDs of all authors
• Corresponding author's name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address
• Funding information (if applicable)
• Conflict of interest statement
• Ethics Committee information (when applicable)
• Conference presentation information (if applicable)
ORCID
ORCID identifiers are mandatory for all authors.
3. Anonymous Main Document
The manuscript file must not contain author names or affiliations.
Main Title
Provide Turkish and English titles.
Abstract
Original Articles:

Maximum 250 words.
Review Articles:
Maximum 300 words.
Case Reports:
Maximum 150 words.
Main Points
Authors must provide 3–5 bullet points summarizing the main scientific contributions of the study.
Main Points should be placed immediately after the abstract.
Keywords
Authors must provide 3–6 keywords.
English keywords must comply with MeSH (Medical Subject Headings).
Turkish keywords must comply with Türkiye Bilim Terimleri.

Review Articles
Authors may organize review articles according to the nature of the manuscript.
TABLES AND FIGURES
Tables and figures must be cited consecutively within the text.
Tables should be placed at the end of the manuscript file.
Each figure must be uploaded separately.
Images must be submitted in JPEG or TIFF format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Figure legends and table titles should be provided after the references section.
ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS
For studies involving humans, animals, biological materials, or clinical data:
• Ethics Committee Approval is mandatory.
• Ethics Committee Name, Approval Number, and Approval Date must be stated both on the title page and within the Materials and Methods section.
Human Studies
Authors must confirm compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
Informed consent must be obtained from all participants or their legal representatives.
Animal Studies
Authors must state compliance with institutional and international guidelines for laboratory animal care and use.
FUNDING, CONFLICT OF INTEREST, AND AUTHOR CONTRIBUTIONS
The manuscript must include:

DATA SHARING STATEMENT
Authors are encouraged to provide information regarding the availability of research data, supplementary materials, and datasets.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) POLICY
Artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and similar technologies, cannot be listed as authors.
Any use of AI-assisted technologies during manuscript preparation must be clearly disclosed within the manuscript.
Authors remain fully responsible for the scientific content, originality, and accuracy of their work.
REFERENCES
References must be prepared according to ICMJE (Index Medicus) style.
References should be numbered consecutively according to their first appearance in the text.
References must be cited in square brackets before the punctuation mark.
Example:
[4,5]
If there are six or fewer authors, all authors should be listed.
If there are seven or more authors, list the first three authors followed by "et al."
DOI numbers should be included whenever available.
PROOFS
The corresponding author will receive page proofs before publication.
Only typographical corrections may be made at this stage.
Proof corrections must be returned within two days.
