As Turkish Journal of Healthy Aging Medicine, we are pleased to announce that we are waiting for your articles in our special issue titled "Disaster Gerontology: Collaboration of Geriatricians and Gerontologists in Disasters".

In recent years, developments in the fields of gerontology and geriatrics have gained momentum. In order for these developments to become more effective, cooperation between gerontologists and geriatricians is important. Turkish Journal of Healthy Aging Medicine focuses on the collaboration of gerontologists and geriatricians in disasters and what needs to be done to better meet the health, psychological and social needs of elderly individuals in its Disaster Gerontology Special Issue.


In articles to be included in the special issue, the following topics are given priority, but the topics to be accepted are not limited to:
