Abstract

Hem travma hem de kanser hastalarında pulmoner tromboemboli (PTE) gelişimi sıktır(1). Bu olgumuzda, multitravma sonrası değerlendirilmesinde intraabdominal alanda hematom lehine değerlendirilen kitle görüntüsü ile ilgili ayırıcı tanıyı sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

The development of pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) is common in both trauma and cancer patients(1). We aimed to present the differential diagnosis regarding the appearance of a mass in the intra-abdominal area, which was evaluated in favor of hematoma in the evaluation after multitrauma.
