Abstract
Anaphylaxis is a systemic hypersensitivity reaction and a cause of vasogenic shock. It is characterized by skin (flushing, urticaria) and mucosal (angioedema) reactions, rapid development of life-threatening airway, respiratory and circulatory problems after exposure to an allerge(1). In this case, we shared our experience with a patient who developed anaphylaxis under general anesthesia.

Abstract
Anafilaksi, bir allerjen ile karşılaşan hastada ani deri ve mukoza değişiklikleri (flushing, ürtiker, anjioödem), yaşamı tehdit eden hava yolu, solunum ve dolaşım problemlerinin hızla gelişmesi ile karakterize, sistemik bir hipersensitivite reaksiyonu ve vazojenik şok nedenidir(1). Bu olguda tonsillektomi operasyonu sırasında anafilaksi gelişen hastadaki deneyimimizi paylaştık.
