Abstract

Osmanlı devletinin çöküş sürecini yaşadığı dönemde, devrin aydınları “ideal insan tipi” oluşturma çabasına girerler. Tanzimat’ın ilânı ile birlikte Batı’daki gelişmelerin yeni yeni farkına varan insanımız, kendi eksikliğini gidermeye çalışır. Bu noktada dönemin edebiyatçılarına da büyük bir görev düşmektedir: İdeal insan modelini eserlerinde ortaya çıkarmak. Tanzimat birinci dönem ve ikinci dönem sanatçıları da eserlerinde, kendi ideallerini yansıtacak ideal insan tipini anlatmaya çalışırlar. Biz bu çalışmamızda Tanzimat nesline öncülük eden şairlerimiz ile birlikte, Tanzimat birinci dönem ve ikinci dönem şairleri ile Ara Nesil sanatçısı olan Muallim Naci’nin şiirlerindeki ideal insan tipini tespit etmeye çalıştık.

IDEAL PERSON IN THE POEMS OF TANZIMAT PERIOD

Abstract

During the collapse period of the Ottoman Empire, the intellectuals of this period tried toform an ideal human type. People realized this situation in Europe with theannouncement of the Ottoman Reformation began to remove their deficiency. At thispoint intellectuals were expected to have a great responsibility to portray the ideal humantype in their works.The artists of the first and second periods of the Ottoman Reformation tried to writetheir ideal human type that reflects their ideals in their works. In this study, apart fromAkif Paşa, Sadullah Paşa who guided the generation of the Ottoman Reformation, it istried to determine how Muallim Naci who was the poet of the first and second periodsof the Ottoman Reformation used the ideal human type in his poems.
