Abstract

In this study Hüccet-i Şer‘iyye organized right after the success of the riots ending the period of Selim III and Nizam-i Cedid, is being published depending on the most origional version in archives. Hüccet-i Şer‘iyye is more like a general amnesty for those who took place in the riots.
