Abstract

In this work that has been analyzed, it is stated that the individual who is a resource to be applied in the social work process cannot be deemed as one-sided (material), and that the person should be approached from a holistic point of view and should be recognized from a spiritual aspect. It is aimed to show the importance of this situation in terms of service quality. The work that shows the influence of spirituality and religion on certain disadvantaged individuals encountered in social work, is important in terms of contributing to the fields of social work and spiritual counseling and care.

Abstract

İncelenen bu eserde, sosyal hizmet sürecinde müracaat edilecek kaynak konumunda olan bireyin tek yönlü (maddi) olarak değerlendirilemeyeceği, bütüncül bir bakış açışıyla yaklaşılıp insanın manevi cihetten de tanınması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Eser, sosyal hizmet alanında karşılaşılan bazı dezavantajlı bireylerde maneviyat ve dinin tesirini göstermekle birlikte, sosyal hizmet ile manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik alanlarına katkı sunması bakımından önemlidir.
