Manuscripts submitted to our journal must strictly adhere to the structural and formatting rules outlined below to be accepted for publication.

General Formatting and Template Rules

• LaTeX Requirement: Manuscripts must be prepared using the journal's official LaTeX template. To obtain the article template, please download it via the DergiPark system.
• Page layout, margins, fonts, and heading styles are automatically configured by the journal's LaTeX class file; authors must not alter these structural settings.
• On the first page of the article, the full names of the author(s), institutional affiliations, contact information, and internationally valid ORCID numbers must be provided completely.
• Abstract: It should consist of 100-250 words, summarizing the purpose, methodology, and primary findings of the study.
• Keywords: At least 3 and at most 7 keywords reflecting the study should be provided immediately below the abstract.

Tables, Figures, and Equations

• All visual elements that do not contain tables (photographs, drawings, diagrams, graphs, etc.) must be designated as "Figures".
• Figure and Table captions will be formatted by the default LaTeX style; table titles should appear above the tables, and figure captions should appear below the figures.
• Sequence numbers for mathematical equations must be placed on the right side in parentheses.

Citation and Reference Rules (IEEE Format) Our journal exclusively uses the IEEE citation style for both in-text citations and the reference list. Authors are required to format their references accordingly.

• In-text Citations: Citations in the text must be numbered sequentially and enclosed in square brackets.
  • Single citation: ...as stated in [1].
  • Multiple citations: ...has been demonstrated [2], [5].
  • Sequential citations: ...were found [3]-[6].
• Reference List: In the "References" section at the end of the article, sources must be listed numerically based on their order of appearance in the text, NOT alphabetically.
• Any source work not cited in the text must not be included in the reference list.
