Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common form of benign tumors of the parotid gland. The second most common benign tumor is Warthin tumor. Warthin’s tumors commonly present as an asymptomatic, slowly growing mass usually affecting male in the 5th and 6th decade. Fine needle aspiration biopsy, ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging methods are used for the diagnosis. Treatment of the warthin tumor is surgical.
