Author Guidelines

Authors must scan the similarity rate of their manuscripts using plagiarism detection software such as iThenticate or Turnitin and upload the report to the system via the “File Upload” section. Only manuscripts with a similarity rate below 25% (excluding the reference list) will enter the evaluation process; otherwise, the manuscript will be rejected.

Authors who intend to submit a manuscript to our journal must prepare and submit their work in accordance with the journal template and writing rules. Otherwise, manuscripts will be rejected without being sent for review:

General Rules

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not have been published previously in any form.

Manuscripts may be prepared in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice; however, they must be uploaded to the system in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. The page layout must be checked before uploading.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the journal’s manuscript template. The template can be accessed at …… (address). Manuscripts that do not comply with the template format and the rules stated below will not be considered for evaluation.

The journal applies a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, author information must not appear in any part of the manuscript.

The manuscript must not exceed 25 pages, including appendices and references, and page numbers must not be used.

Formulas and equations must be written using the equation editor.
a. All equations must be numbered.
b. Equations must be left-aligned.
c. The equation number must be placed in parentheses at the far right of the line and aligned consistently with other equation numbers.

Font and text format:
a. Headings: 12 pt, Times New Roman
b. Main text: 10 pt, Times New Roman
c. The text must be single-spaced and justified.
d. Automatic numbering must not be used in headings.

Page layout:
a. Margins: Top 2.5 cm – Bottom 2.5 cm – Right 2.5 cm – Left 2.5 cm
b. Paragraph indentation: 1 cm
c. Page setup: “Normal”

The reference list must be in 10 pt font and must appear immediately after the conclusion section.

In-text citations must not be given as footnotes; they must be provided in parentheses according to the APA style. The order within parentheses should be:
(Author Surname, Year)

References must be listed alphabetically by the authors’ surnames.

For internet sources where the author name is not available, these sources must be listed under the heading “Internet Sources” in the reference list and ordered by access date.

If a table, figure, graph, or image is taken from another source, the source must be cited. The source information must be written immediately below the relevant visual in 10 pt font and single spacing.

Titles of tables, figures, graphs, and images:

Must be placed above the visual.

Times New Roman, 10 pt, bold.

Single-spaced.

The first letter of each word must be capitalized (Title Case).

The title text must not exceed the boundaries of the visual.

The editor and editorial board reserve the right to make formatting adjustments to ensure compliance with writing rules without altering the content of the manuscript.

In the reference list, paragraph formatting must be set as “hanging indent” with a 1 cm indentation.

The reference list must start on a new page following the main text.

If there are multiple works by the same author, they must be listed starting from the oldest publication date.

Works published in the same year must be indicated with a, b, c… (e.g., 2010a, 2010b).

For the same author, single-author works must be listed before multi-author works.

APA 6th edition writing rules must be followed.

Appendices must be placed at the end of the manuscript, after the reference list.

Manuscripts that do not comply with the specified rules will not be included in the evaluation process.

More than one single-author work by the same author cannot be published within the same issue.
