Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Our journal meticulously applies the principles established by the “Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Guidelines” and the “Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)” while fulfilling its ethical duties and responsibilities.
Submissions to our journal are first reviewed by the editor-in-chief for form and content, and if they comply with the journal's rules, they are sent to at least two reviewers in the relevant field.
The review process is conducted according to a double-blind peer review system, where the confidentiality of the author and reviewer information is paramount.
Based on the reports received from the reviewers, a decision is made to publish (accept), request corrections (revision), or not publish (reject) the article, and this decision is communicated to the authors within an average of 1 month. Articles requested for revision will not be published if they are not revised by the author(s) within the specified time frame. Manuscripts that receive a positive outcome in the peer review process are scheduled for publication.
The opinions and scientific responsibility in the articles belong to the author(s) and have no connection with the journal. When authors submit their academic work to our journal for publication and a decision is made to publish the article, the authors are deemed to have transferred their publication rights to the journal. Articles published in the journal may not be reproduced in any way or republished in print or electronic form elsewhere without the written permission of the journal management.
By submitting their scientific work, authors are deemed to have accepted these principles.
