Akut poststreptokoksik glomerülonefrit (APSGN) çocukluk ça¤›n›n en s›k hematüri nedenlerinden biridir. Akut poststreptokoksik glomerülonefritde hematolojik de¤ifliklikler hemodilüsyon ve hafif düzeyde hemoliz nedeniyle geliflebilen anemi d›fl›nda tipik de¤ildir. ‹diyopatik trombositopenik purpura (‹TP) ve APSGN birlikteli¤i ise nadiren bildirilmektedir. Bu makalede efl zamanl› APSGN ve ‹TP saptanan 13 yafl›nda bir hasta nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulmufltur.
