İlk doz seftriakson enjeksiyonu sonrası anafilaksi

Abstract

Seftriakson bakteriyel enfeksiyonlar›n tedavisinde kullan›lan üçüncü kuflak bir sefalosporindir. Literatürde seftriyaksonla ilk karfl›laflmadan sonra anafilaksi geliflti¤i bildirilen sadece bir çocuk olgu vard›r. Bu yaz›da damardan seftriakson enfüzyonu sonras›nda anafilaktik flok geliflen iki yafl›nda erkek hasta sunulmufltur. ‹lk doz seftriakson tedavisi sonras› nadir de olsa anafilaksi geliflebilece¤i ak›lda tutulmal›d›r.
