Öz

Çocuk ihmali ve istismarı dünyada olduğu kadar ülkemizde de çok önemli bir sorundur Çocuk istismarı fiziksel cinsel duygusal istismar ve çocuk ihmali şeklinde olabilir Daha önceden sağlıklı olduğu bildirilen 2 5 aylık bebek morarma ve nefes alamama yakınması ile acil servise getirildi Olgunun öyküsü muayene ve tetkik bulguları ile hemorajik şok ansefalopati sendromu tanısı konuldu İzlem sonucu spastisite ve görme sorunu gelişti Çocuk istismarı ihmaline uğradığı saptanan bebek sosyal servise danışıldı ve kurul kararı ile Çocuk Esirgeme Kurumuna verildi Türk Ped Arş 2009; 44: 143 5 Anahtar kelimeler: Çocuk çocuk istismarı ihmali hemorajik şok ansefalopati

The development of hemorrhagic shock encephalopathy syndrome due to child abuse a case report Case Report

Abstract

Child abuse neglect is a very important problem in our country as it is in the world It may be as physical sexual psychological abuse and child neglect A previously healthy baby at the age of 2 5 months was brought to the emergency service with complaints of not breathing and cyanosis Evaluation of the patient and the history obtained suggested a diagnosis of hemorrhagic shock and encephalopathy syndrome During the following period problems of spasticity and vision impairment appeared The family history of the patient revealed a case of child abuse neglect and consultation with the social service resulted in a committee decision of transfer of the custody of the baby to the child protection department Turk Arch Ped 2009; 44: 143 5 Key words: Child child abuse neglect hemorrhagic shock encephalopathyp
