Abstract

Ergenlik dönemindeki çocuklarda merak etme duygusu okul arkadaş ve aile içi sorunlar nedeniyle alkol kullanım sıklığı artmıştır Bu durum acil servislere başvuran akut alkol zehirlenmesi olgularının artmasına; alkol zehirlenmesi ve alkolün yarattığı klinik metabolik bozuklukların acil servislerde çalışan çocuk hekimlerince iyi bilinmesi ve tedavi edilmesi gereken bir konu haline gelmesine neden olmuştur Çocuk Acil servislerinde son yıllarda görülme sıklığı giderek artan akut alkol zehirlenmesine değinmek amacıyla alkol alım yakınması ile başvuran dört olgu sunuyoruz Türk Ped Arş 2008; 43: 143 5 Anahtar kelimeler: Alkol alkol zehirlenmesi ergen
