Abstract

The period from birth to two years of age nbsp; is a critical nbsp; window for the promotion of optimal growth health and behavioral development The consequences of poor nutrition nbsp; during this period include significant morbidity and mortality nbsp; Timely introduction of appropriate complementary foods promotes healhy growth and development of infants Throughout the period of complementary feeding breastfeeding should continued The health professionals ought to effectively pass on to mothers the new recommendations for promoting the healthy complementary feeding of breastfed infants Key words: Infant complementary feeding complementary foods

Doğumdan sonra ilk iki yıl en uygun büyüme sağlık ve davranış gelişimi için kritik pencere dönemidir Bu dönemde yetersiz beslenme çocukluk çağı hastalanma ve ölüm oranında önemli artışlara yol açar Zamanında başlatılan uygun tamamlayıcı beslenme süt çocuğunun sağlıklı büyümesini ve nbsp; gelişmesini sağlar Tamamlayıcı beslenme döneminde emzirme mutlaka sürdürülmelidir Hekimler ve diğer sağlık çalışanları tamamlayıcı beslenme ile ilgili yeni önerileri annelere bildirmekle yükümlüdür Anahtar kelimeler: Süt çocuğu tamamlayıcı besinler tamamlayıcı beslenme
