Abstract

In this article a case of partial lipodystrophy is presented in a nine years old patient She was admitted to hospital for meningococcemia and meningoccal meningitis She was hypocomplementemic C3: 0 17g 1 normal: 1 2 2 3 g 1 C3 nephritic factor was negative She had cadaverous appearance because of significant wasting or her face Histological examinations revealed loss of adipose tissue Key words: Partial Lipodystrophy Hypocomplementemia Meningococcal Meningitis

Bu makalede parsiyel lipodistrofi tanısı konulan 9 yaşında kız hasta sunulmuştur Meningokoksemi ve menenjit nedeniyle hastaneye yatırılan hastada hipokomplementemi saptandı C3: 0 17 g 1 normal:1 2 2 3 g 1 C3 nefritik faktör negatifti Yüzünde aşırı yağ dokusu kaybına bağlı olarak kadavra yüzü görünümü mevcuttu Histolojik incelemedeki adipoz dokunun yokluğu parsiyel lipodistrofi ile uyumluydu Anahtar kelimeler: Parsiyel Lipodistrofi Hipokomplementemi Menigokokal Menenjit
