Abstract

In this report a case with diffuse cutaneous mactocytosis is presented A five months old boy was admitted to our clinic with severe pruritus and diffuse light brownish papules diameters 1 5 cm and a few vesicular lesions all over the skin Organ involvement was not determined Oval or polygonal cells with pale cystoplasme having metachromatic granules were stained by special dyes in dermis Key words: Mast Cell Mastocytosis Urticaria Pigmentosa Diffuse Cutaneous Mastocystosis

Abstract

Bu yazımızda bir diffüz kutanöz mastositozis olgusu sunulmuştur Beş aylık erkek çocuk doğumdan sonra ortaya çıkan 1 5 cm çaplı sarıkahverengi bir yaygın papüller tek tuk veziküller ve şiddetli kaşıntı yakınmaları ile getirildi Organ tutulum saptanmayan hastanın histopatolojisinde dermiste özel boyalarla metakromatik granüller gösteren soluk sitoplazmalı oval ya da poligonal hücreler saptandı Anahtar kelimeler: Mastositozis Ürtikerya Pigmentoza Diffüz Kutanöz Mastositozis
