Hepatic hemangioendotelioma was diagnosed in a 40 days old male infant with massive hepatomegaly and progressive congestive heart feature Cutaneous hemangiomas were not present on admission but appeared after one day Additionally there were cardiac abnormalities such as atrial septal defect ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus In spite of intensive therapy the patient died after seven days In the present article clinical pathological and laboratory features of this hepatic hemangioendotelioma case were presented and related literature was reviewed Key words: Infantile Hepatic Hemangioendotelioma Congestive Heart Failure Cardiac Anomalies
Masif hepatomegali ve progresif konjestif kalp yetersizliği olan 40 günlük bir erkek çocuğa enfantil hepatik hemanjiyoendotelyoma tanısı konuldu Kutanöz hemanjiyomlar hastaneye başvurduğundan 3 gün sonra ortaya çıktı Ek olarak atrial septal defekt ventriküler septal defekt ve patent duktus arteriosus gibi kardiyak anomalileri de saptandı Yoğun tedaviye rağmen hasta yedi gün sonra eksitus oldu Mevcut makalede bu hemanjiyoendotelyoma olgusunun klinik patolojik ve radyolojik özellikleri incelenmiş ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir Anahtar kelimeler: Enfantil Hepatik Hemanjiyoendotelyoma Konjestif Kalp Yetersizliği Kardiyak Anomaliler
