Neurofibromatosis is extremely variable in its presentation and segmental neurofibromatosis is a rare form of the disease in which the cutaneus and neural changes are confined to one region of the body We present a 6 year old girl with typical findings of Horner syndrome who revealed a neurofibrome involving brachial plexus The diagnostic criteria of segmental neurofibromatosis was discussed Key words: Horner s Syndrome Neurofibroma Neurofibromatosis Segmental Neurofibromatosis Pain
