Abstract

This study is performed in August 2012 in Kadıköy Reservoir
in Keşan district of Edirne. The deepest point of the reservoir when there is
no water drown was chosen as the sampling station. Samples were taken from 6
different depths every three hours during a 24 hour period. 65 phytoplanktonic
algae taxa belonging to Chlorophyta (26 taxa), Bacillariphyta (18 taxa),
Euglenophyta (8 taxa), Charophyta (5 taxa), Cyanophyta (4 taxa), Miozoa (3
taxa) and Ochrophyta (1 taxa) were identified.
