ÇOKLU DOYMAMIŞ YAĞ ASİTLERİNİN ANTİ-TROİT ETKİSİ VE BİTKİLER

Year 2012, Volume: 13 Issue: 2, 87 - 94, 20.11.2016

Abstract

Çoklu doymamış yağ asitleri (PUFA), troit uyarımını baskılar. PUFA’lar troit hormonu

ANTI-THROID EFFECTS OF PUFAS (POLYUNSATURATED FATS) AND HERBS

Year 2012, Volume: 13 Issue: 2, 87 - 94, 20.11.2016

Abstract

Polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) suppress thyroid signaling. PUFAs suppress thyroid
hormone levels and cause weight gain. Inhibiting the thyroid slows the metabolism. The highPUFA
diet promoted weight gain: it caused excess weight to be retained at a l ower calorie
intake. This is consistent with reduced thyroid activity.
