ERKEN EVRE ENDOMETRİYUM KANSERLERİNDE TEDAVİ

Abstract

Erken evre endometriyum kanserlerinde tedavi jinekolog onkologlar arasında hala tartışmalıdır. Geçmişte bu konu ile ilgili pek çok çalışma yapılmış olsa da bu tür hastaların tedavisi hakkında kanıta dayalı tedavi şemaları halen mevcut değildir. Sadece primer cerrahi konusunda değil adjuvan tedaviler de ve bu tedavilerin hastalıksız ya da toplam sağ kalım üzerine etkileri de sorgulanmaktadır. Bu makalede güncel yayınlar ve sürmekte olan çalışmalar ışığında literatür gözden geçirilmektedir.

Abstract

Treatment of early staged endometrial cancers are still underdebate among the gynecologic oncologists. Despite to the high number of reports; there is still no evidence based guidelines to direct the management of these patients. Not only the primary surgical treatments but also the adjuvant treatments and their effects on overall and disease free survival are still questionable. In this article, the authors try to review the past literature with the light of the recent developments and ongoing studies in this subject.
