2012 YILINDA DÜZCE KETEM’E BAŞVURAN KADINLARDA KOLPOSKOPİ SONUÇLARI VE İLİŞKİLİ FAKTÖRLER

Abstract

Amaç: Çalışmamızda 2012 yılında Düzce KETEM’e servikal kanser taraması için başvuran ve kolposkopik olarak değerlendirilen 68 olgunun sonuçlarını sunmayı amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu tanımlayıcı retrospektif çalışmada Düzce KETEM’e 2012 yılında servikal kanser taraması için başvuran ve kolposkopi endikasyonu konulan 30-65 yaş arası kadınlar değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Kolposkopi endikasyonları servikal smearde ASCUS ve üzeri lezyonlar, jinekolojik muayenede makroskopik olarak şüpheli lezyonlar, smear sonucuna bakılmaksızın post-koital kanama anamnezi veren veya smearda tekrarlayan servikal inflamasyon görülen hastalar olarak belirlenmiştir. Hastalara yaş, sigara kullanımı, doğum sayısı, doğum kontrol yöntemi ve eğitim düzeyleri sorulmuş ve kolposkopi sonuçlarının bunlarla bağlantısı değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmamızda kolposkopi sonuçlarıyla yaş, doğum sayısı, doğum kontrol yöntemi, eğitim seviyesi ve sigara ile ilişkili anlamlı bir istatistikî fark bulunmamıştır. Diğer yandan kolposkopi endikasyonunun sonuçlarla ilişkili en önemli faktör olduğu gözlenmiştir. Sonuç: Kolposkopik biyopsi sonuçlarında en önemli etken kolposkopi endikasyonunu belirleyen smear sonuçlarıdır

THE RESULTS OF COLPOSCOPY AND RELATED FACTORS IN THE WOMEN APPLIED DUZCE KETEM IN 2012

Abstract

Objective: We aimed to present the colposcopic results and related factors of 68 women who attend to KETEM for routine smear screening. Materials and Methods: The study population consisted of the women who attend to KETEM and refer for colposcopic evaluation in 2012. Total of 68 women 30-65 years old included. Colposcopy endications have been described as ASCUS and higher lesions at cervical smear, macroscopic suspicious lesions, post-coital bleeding history, and repeated cervical inflamation. The patients have been asked about smoking, parity, contraception, level of education and evaluated the connection of colposcopic results. Results: In our study, there is no significant difference for age, parity, method of contraception, level of education and smoking. But endication of colposcopy has been found the most relevant factor for high grade lesions. Conclusion: We concluded that endication of colposcopy has been found the most relevant factor for cervical cancer.
