KOMPLET MOL VE CANLI FETUSUN BİRLİKTE BULUNDUĞU İKİZ GEBELİK: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Hidatiform mol, paternal kaynaklı genetik bir bozukluktan kaynaklanan anormal fetoplasental gelişim ve villöz trofoblast hiperplazisi ile karakterize patolojik bir gebelik durumudur. Canlı doğum ile birlikte görülen komplet mol genellikle dizigotik ikizlerden birinin normal karyotipe sahip olduğu, diğer ikiz eşinin ise genetik anormalliklerden dolayı komplet hidatiform mol gelişmesi ile birlikte olduğu durumda görülür. Bizim olgumuz daha önce antenatal takibi olmayan tam servikal açıklık ile doğumhaneye kabul edilen ve doğum sonrası plasenta çıkarılırken veziküllerin görülmesi ile ön tanısı konulup, patoloji ile tanısı kesinleştirilen göç eden Suriye vatandaşı bir gebedir. Çok çok nadir görülen bu durumun postpartum takibi de gestasyonel trofoblastik neoplazi gelişimi yönünden önem arz etmektedir

TWIN PREGNANCY WITH BOTH COMPLETE HYDATIFORM MOLE AND COEXISTENT ALIVE FETUS: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Hydatidiform mole, characterized by plasental villous trophoblast hyperplasia and abnormal fetoplasental development , because of genetically abnormal conception paternally. Pregnancies in which molar change has been reported in association with a live fetus generally represent dizygotic twin pregnancies where one result in complete mole and the other in a normal co-twin. Our case is a Syrian citizen migrated to Turkey accepted to our clinic with full servical dilatation, diagnosis considered by presence of vesicle after normal vaginal delivery and certain diagnosis made by pathology report. This extremely rare clinic is also important in postpartum period cause of evaluation of gestational neoplasia.
