Abstract
Fallop tüpü kanseri jinekolojik kanserlerden en nadir görülenidir. Bilateral olma ihtimali oldukça düşüktür. Adenokarsinom en sık görülen histolojik tipidir. Preoperatif olarak over kanseri veya tuboovarian abse ile karışabilir. Davranış ve tedavi olarak epitelyal over kanserine benzer. Literatürde az rastlanan, patolojik olarak bilateral in situ alanlar ve p53 mutasyonu gösterilerek tanı konmuş bir primer bilateral tubal karsinom olgusu sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Primary fallopian tubal cancer is the rarest gynecologic malignancy. Bilaterality is also seldom. Adenocarcinoma is the most frequent hystologic type. Preoperatively mostly confused with ovarian cancer or tuboovarian abcess. They share similar behavioral processes and similar treatment protocols with epithelial ovarian carcinomas. We present a primary bilateral fallopian tubal carcinoma proven with in situ areas of bilateral p-53 mutations.
