JİNEKOLOJİK KANSER TANISI ALMANIN PSİKOSOSYAL BOYUTU VE HEMŞİRELİK YAKLAŞIMLARI

Abstract

Jinekolojik kanserler, tüm dünya kadınlarında mortalite ve morbidite
açısından önemli bir halk sağlığı problemi olarak kabul
edilmektedir. Hastalık yalnızca yaşamı tehdit etmekle kalmaz, aynı
zamanda kadını, partnerini ve aileyi fiziksel, psikolojik, sosyal ve
ekonomik yönden olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Tanı ve tedavi
süreciyle beraber hastalar ve aileleri hastalıkla ve onun etkileriyle baş
etmek zorundadırlar. Hastaların ve ailelerinin jinekolojik kanser
tanısına ve tedavi sürecine psikososyal uyumlarının sağlanması ise
profesyonel hemiirelik rolünün ve holistik bakımının önemli bir
parçasıdır. Bu derlemede, hemşirelerin jinekolojik kanser tanısı alan
bireylerin psikososyal etkilenme durumlarını değerlendirmelerine
yardımcı olabilecek bilgileri verme çabası içerisine girilmiştir.

Abstract

Gynecological cancers, morbidity and mortality in women worldwide
is recognized as a major public health problem. It is life-threatening
illness but also the woman, her partner and family physical,
psychological, social and economic aspects have negative effects. As
the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients and their families,
they have to cope with the effects of this disease, and his. To ensure
the psychosocial harmonization diagnosis and treatment process of
gynecologic cancer patients and their families is an important part of
holistic care and professional nursing role. In this review, the nurses
who were diagnosed with gynecological cancer to evaluate the status
of individuals affected by psychosocial entered into an effort to give
information that can help
