PREİNVAZİV SERVİKAL LEZYONLAR ve İNVAZİV SKUAMOZ HÜCRELİ KANSERDE p16INK4a’NIN EKSPRESYONU ve KLİNİK ÖNEMİ

Abstract

Amaç:

Preinvaziv servikal lezyon ve serviks
kanserinde  p16INK4a  ekspresyonunun klinik önemini saptamak.

Materyal
Method:

Başkent Üniversitesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Ana
Bilim Dalı Jinekolojik Onkoloji Bölümü’nde Şubat 2007 ile Eylül 2009 tarihleri
arasında LEEP yapılan  histopatolojik
inceleme sonucu LSIL olan 48 vaka ile, 46 
HSIL olarak raporlanmış toplam 94 hasta ve kontrol grubu olarak da 30
squamoz hücreli servikal kanser olgusu retrospektif  p16 ile immunohistokimyasal olarak boyanma
paterninin lezyon derecesi ile ilişkisi  değerlendirilmiştir.

Sonuç:











p16INK4a pozitifliği, lezyonun derecesi
ve HPV DNA pozitifliği ile anlamlı olarak artmaktadır ve lezyonun ciddiyetini
göstermektedir.
