AİM: We searched for the clinical characteristics, preoperative
diagnosis and postoperative processes of the cases diagnosed as non-gynecologic
tumors with preoperative diagnosis of ovarian tumors in the last 5 years.
MATERİAL AND
METHOD: The data of 12 patients with non-gynecologic tumors who were operated with
the preoperative diagnosis of ovarian tumor
in Uludag University between the years 2012-2016, were obtained from our
hospital database. Preoperative anamnesis, clinical findings, laboratory
results, surgical notes, postoperative surveillance data were searched and
analyzed.
: 6 of 12 cases had metastatic ovarian cancer (3 gastric cancer, 2 breast cancer, 1 colon cancer), 5 had granulomatous inflammation (4 tuberculosis, 1 sarcoidosis) and 1 had diffuse large B cell lymphoma. There was a history of cancer in 5 patients with metastatic ovarian tumors (MOT). None of our patients had granulomatous inflammation.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilimdalı’nda 2012-2016 yılları arasında preoperatif over tümörü öntanısı ile opere edilen ‘’jinekolojik olmayan tümör’’ tanısı alan 12 hastaya ait bilgiler hastane veri tabanından elde edildi. Preoperatif anamnez, klinik bulgular, laboratuvar sonuçları, cerrahi notlar, postoperatif sürveyans verileri araştırıldı ve analiz edildi.12

granülomatöz iltihap (4 tüberküloz, 1 sarkoidoz) ve 1’ inde diffüz büyük B
hücreli lenfoma idi. Metastatik over tümörlerinin (MOT) 5’ inin özgeçmişinde
kanser hikayesi mevcuttu. Granülomatöz iltihap olan hastalarımızın hiçbirinin
özgeçmişinde özellik yoktu.
