İnşacı Kuram ve Yorumlamacı-Niceliksel Söylem Analizi İkilisi Çerçevesinde Küreselleşme ve Milli Kimlik Dönüşümü İlişkisi Nasıl İncelenebilir?

Abstract

Küreselleşmenin merkez ülkelerinde ortaya çıkan küreselleşme karşıtı hareketlerin hızla ivme kazanması ve politik etkide bulunacak bir konuma gelmesi, küreselleşme paradigması krizini daha da önemli hale getirmiştir. Özellikle ABD ve İngiltere gibi küreselleşmeci dış politika paradigmasının başat konumda olduğu ülkelerde söylemden eyleme geçen küreselleşme karşıtlığının milli kimlikle ilişkisi, dikkat çeken araştırma konuları arasında yer almaktadır. Ancak, literatür bu iki olgu arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklayacak metodolojik ve ampirik bir yaklaşımdan yoksundur. İki olgu arasındaki ilişkinin mahiyetini anlamak için kuram, yöntem ve kavram arasındaki insicamlı ve bütüncül bağı kurmak bu yoksunluğu gidermek için atılması gereken ilk adımlardan biridir. Küreselleşmeci ideolojinin tasavvur ettiği gibi küreselleşmeye aykırı olarak konumlandırılan milli kimliklerin yükselişinin krizdeki küreselleşme karşısındaki mevcut durumu ve yorumlanışı da önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada milli kimliğin küreselleşme paradigmasının yükselişi ve gerileyişi karşısındaki dönüşümünün ve mahiyetinin hem İnşacılık hem de yorumlamacı-niceliksel söylem analizi yöntemi ile birlikte ele alınması ve kavramsal boyutun bu yöntem ve kuram ile uyumlu bir perspektiflerden incelenmesi teklif edilmektedir. Sonuç olarak, küreselleşmeye yönelik olumlu ya da olumsuz sosyo-politik hareketler ve milli kimliklerin dönüşümü arasındaki etkileşim İnşacılığın kuramsal zemini üzerinde yükselen küreselleşme ve milli kimlik tanımları ile ve yorumlamacı-niceliksel söylem analizi yöntemi kullanılarak ortaya çıkarılan milli kimlik söylemleri ile kuram-yöntem-kavram bağlamında insicamlı ve bütüncül bir yaklaşım sunmaktadır.
