Abstract
The authorities

usually in the
field of decision-making and
services about the organization of
the daily life.
For this reason, the
realization of the
participation at the level
of local authorities
and making it easier
to access the
activities of daily
life for the societ y,
would be a
step towards the participation of
the society in the social
life. Making the development
of the future
social service policies of the local authorities widespread would give
the people the opportunity of
living in a
healtier, safer and
happier environment. For this
reason it necessary
to determine the social
problems correctly and to find and practice the convenient
measures and approaches.

Yerel yönetimlerin
yetki ve sorumlulukları çoğunlukla günlük
yaşamın düzenlenmesine
ilişkin karar ve
hizmet alanındadır. Bu
nedenle, yerel yönetimler düzeyinde
katılımın gerçekleştirilmesi
ile günlük yaşama
ilişkin eylemlerin tüm toplum
için erişilebilir kılınması, sosyal ortama
katılımda önemli bir aşama
olacaktır. Yerel yönetimlerce
oluşturulacak sosyal hizmet politikalarının geliştirilerek yaygınlaştırılması insanların
daha sağlıklı, güvenilir ve mutlu bir çevrede yaşamalarına olanak sağlayacaktır. Bu
nedenle toplumda oluşan ya
da olası olan
sosyal sorunlara doğru tanının
konması, uygun önlem ve yaklaşımların
geliştirilerek uygulanması gerekmektedir.
