Mobbing and Health of Employee

Abstract

Mobbing occurs and goes on as the results of a complex process that cannot be connected to just a single reason, In fact, the results of the mobbing affect not the victims but also the people who have an interaction with mobbing victims/ These situations will increase the importance of the results of the mobbing. The history of mobbing research dates back to 2000s in Turkey. The number of the studies which have about direct effects of mobbing on the health of employee, are very limited. For the reason, this study aims to create a vision for working of life the employee and health of the individual in Turkey by analysizng the relationship between mobbing and health of employee over the research results in the literature.

MOBBİNG VE ÇALIŞAN SAĞLIĞI

Abstract

Mobbing ortaya çıkışı tek bir nedene bağlanmayacak kadar karmaşık bir sürecin sonucunda oluşmakta ve devam etmektedir. Nitekim sonuçlarının mobbing mağduru ile etkileşimde bulunanları da etkiliyor olması özellikle sonuçlara ilişkin yansımaların önemini artırmaktadır. Ülkemizde mobbing araştırmaların geçmişi 2000’li yıllara dayanmaktadır. Mobbingin doğrudan çalışanın sağlığına etkileri hakkında çalışmalar oldukça sınırlıdır. Bu nedenle çalışmada mobbing ve çalışan sağlığı ilişkisi literatürdeki araştırma sonuçları üzerinden ele alınarak, ülkemiz çalışma hayatı, çalışan ve kişi sağlığı için bir öngörü yaratılması amaçlanmıştır.
