TÜRK İMALAT FİRMALARININ REKABETÇİ STRATEJİLERE DAYALI KURUMSAL PERFORMANSLARININ ÖLÇÜMÜNDE KULLANILACAK BİR KARAR DESTEK SİSTEMİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Türk imalat firmalarını özellikle uluslararası piyasalarda değişen koşullara kolayca uyarlayabilmek için, firmaları periyodik olarak kritik performans ölçütleri açısından değerlendirmeli ve sürekli iyileştirme için bir iyileştirme süreci takip edilmelidir. Bu iyileştirme süreci kapsamında firma için doğru önlemlerin alınması, ilgili geliştirmelerin gerçekleştirilmesi firmaların rakiplerine karşı avantaj sağlamasında son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışma, Türk imalat firmalarının rekabet stratejilerine göre performanslarının ölçümleriyle ilgilidir ve çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemlerinden analitik hiyerarşi sürecini (AHP) kullanarak firmaların performans ölçümüne yönelik bir karar destek sistemi sunmaktadır. Geliştirilen karar destek sisteminin imalat firmalarında uygulanmasına yönelik bir örnek te çalışmada sunulmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre önerilen sistem başarıyla uygulanabilmektedir
