Obeziteyle ilişkili hastalıkların prevalansı ve morbiditesi küresel ölçekte artmaktadır. Yeni veriler, obeziteye bağlı hastalıkların erken yaşlarda başladığını ve bir çok ciddi komplikasyonlara yol açtığı göstermektedir. 13. Ulusal Obezite ve eşlik eden hastalıklar bilimsel kongresinde sunulmuş olan sözlü ve poster bildirilere burada yer verilmiştir.
