Abstract
The Oscillating Water Column (OWC) system converting wave energy to electrical power have been investigated. The theoretical analysis of the power generated by the wave energy system is presented. The system is considered as twodimensional, linear boundary value problem. The system is simulated for the Marmara Sea where the significant wave height is 3.3 meters and the significant wave period is 7 seconds. Results of the theoretical analysis of the wave energy conversion system for Marmara Sea is presented.
