ANTİSİMETRİK AlxLGa1-xLAs/GaAs/AlxRGa1-xRAs KUANTUM KUYUSUNDA SICAKLIK VE HİDROSTATİK BASINÇ ETKİLERİ
Öz
Bu çalışmada sıcaklık ve hidrostatik basınç etkisi altında simetrik AlxGa1-xAs/GaAs/ AlxGa1-xAs ve antisimetrik AlxLGa1-xLAs/GaAs/ AlxRGa1-xRAs kuantum kuyularında engel yükseklik oranlarının etkileri, etkin kütle yaklaşımında varyasyonel yöntem kullanılarak çalışıldı. Taban durum yabancı atom enerjileri, yabancı atom enerjisisnin dönüm noktaları ve taban durum normalize edilmiş bağlanma enerjileri hesaplandı. Sıcaklık, hidrostatik basınç, farklı engel yükseklikleri ve yabancı atom konumunun, taban durum yabancı atom enerjisini ve yabancı atom enerjisinin dönüm noktalarını önemli ölçüde değiştirdiği gösterildi.
