Konut ve Site Alanlarında Otopark Tasarımı: Edirne Toki Hadımağa Konutları

Öz

Günümüzde kentsel nüfusun hızla artması ve ortaya çıkan teknolojik gelişmeler araç sayısının süratle çoğalması ve otopark alanlarına olan ihtiyacı meydana getirmektedir. Artan bu otopark ihtiyacı ile birlikte kent merkezlerinde yüksek değere sahip alanların en verimli şekilde kullanılması gerekliliği ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu nedenle, bu çalışma Edirne Toki Hadımağa Konutları Sitesi otoparkını teknik ve tasarım yönünden irdelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda otopark ile ilgili yönetmelikler ve ilgili standartlar ele alınarak uygun materyal seçimi ve gereksinimler doğrultusunda site yönetimi için çizilen proje ve projenin alana uygulanması analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda yapılan peyzaj tasarımı ile birlikte nitelikleri yönünden seçilen yapısal malzemenin oluşturacağı uygulamanın benzer özellik gösteren otoparkların oluşturulması için yol göstereceği düşünülmektedir.

Parking Lot Design in Residence and Site Areas: Edirne Toki Hadımağa Houses

Abstract

Today, the density of the urban population and the technological developments that have arisen cause the rapid increase in the number of vehicles and the need for parking areas. With this increasing need for parking, the most efficient use of high-value areas in city centers comes to the fore. For this reason, this study was carried out to examine the Edirne Toki Hadımağa Housing Estate car park in terms of technical and design. In this context, by considering the regulations and standards related to the parking lot, the design and the implementation of the project on the site were analyzed in line with the selection of appropriate materials and requirements. At the end of the study, it is thought that the application to be formed by the structural material selected in terms of qualifications together with the landscape design will guide the creation of parking lots with similar characteristics.
