Abstract
Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun ilanı ile sağlık verileri özel nitelikte kişisel veri ilan edilmiş ve bu verilerin sorumluları ile veri işleyenlerin yükümlülükleri ve sorumlulukları tanımlanmıştır. Ağız ve diş sağlığı hizmetlerinde elde edilen söz konusu özel nitelikteki kişisel verilerin içeriği ve veri işlenmesinde rol alan taraflar ile bu tarafların yükümlülükleri ve sorumlulukları hizmetin doğası gereği diğer sağlık hizmetlerinden farklılıklar ihtiva etmektedir. Bu çalışmada ağız diş sağlığı hizmetlerinde elde edilen kişisel verilerin içeriği, veri işlenmesinde rol alan taraflar ve veri işleme şekilleri tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
With the proclamation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, health data has been declared as private data and the obligations and responsibilities of those responsible for this data and data processors have been defined. The content of the private personal data obtained in oral and dental health services and the parties involved in data processing and the obligations and responsibilities of these parties differ from other health services due to the nature of the service.
