Abstract
In this study, it was featured general use of biocidal products in municipal activities and assessment of these activities within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 6331. It was evaluated risk assessment the most important requirement of Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 6331 for the use of biocidal product in municipal activities and it was given an outline of steps of the risk assessment, by whom and how to apply the risk assessment. In this review bearing in mind that health and safety problems originated from these activities carried by the biocidal product, it was included points to take into consideration within the scope of risk assessment and information required to be obtained and examples of risk assessment were presented.
