Abstract

Licenses for the operation of the unhealthy establishments were given by the Ministry of Health acc.to articles of Public Health Law No.1593 until 10.08.2005, as of 10.08.2005 the licenses are given by local authorities. In this presentation, the aim of the license, its importance in terms of environmental health, the necessary documents for the license, the classification of unhealthy establishments, the health protection zones and its relation with manufacturing premises license for biocidal products are mentioned.
