Abstract

The sixth of the series of international symposiums organized by Hacettepe University Turkic Studies Institute was held in Ankara between 25-27 October 2017. Turkic Studies Symposiums series is a series of events that fills an important gap in Turcology by bringing together scientists on important issues and discussing them. The first of this series was organized in 2006 and discussed the situation of Turcology in Turkey and the world. The second of this series was published in 2008 within the framework of the theme of "Mahmud of Kashgar and his Period". It was held as the Türkiye part of the symposiums committed to UNESCO by the Ministry of Culture. The 3rd International Turkic Studies Symposium was held on 26-29 May 2010, around the subject of "Turkology 120 Years After Its Discovery and the 21st Century", and in conjunction with this symposium, the Stone Sculpture Workshop on "Reinterpreting the Monuments of the Orkhon Valley" was also held with qualified and wide participation. There have been scientific studies.

6. ULUSLARARASI TÜRKİYAT ARAŞTIRMALARI SEMPOZYUMU: 100. YILINDA SOVYET İHTİLALİ VE TÜRK DÜNYASI

Abstract

Hacettepe Üniversitesi Türkiyat Araştırmaları Enstitüsü tarafından düzenlenen uluslararası nitelikteki sempozyumlar serisinin altıncısı 25-27 Ekim 2017 tarihleri arasında Ankara’da gerçekleştirildi. Türkiyat Araştırmaları Sempozyumlar dizisi, önemli konular ekseninde bilim insanlarını bir araya getirerek tartışılması çerçevesinde Türkolojide önemli bir boşluğu dolduran etkinlikler serisidir. İlki, 2006 yılında düzenlenmiş ve Türkolojinin Türkiye’deki ve dünyadaki durumu ele alınmış bu serinin ikincisi 2008 yılında “Kaşgarlı Mahmud ve Dönemi” teması çerçevesinde T.C. Kültür Bakanlığı tarafından UNESCO’ya taahhüt edilen sempozyumların Türkiye bölümü niteliğinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 3. Uluslararası Türkiyat Araştırmaları Sempozyumu ise 26-29 Mayıs 2010 tarihinde “Bulunuşundan 120 Yıl Sonra Türklük Bilimi ve 21. Yüzyıl” konusu ekseninde düzenlenmiş ve bu sempozyuma bağlı olarak da “Orhon Vadisi Anıtlarını Yeniden Yorumlamak” konulu Taş Heykel Çalıştayı da nitelikli ve geniş katılımlı bilimsel çalışmalar olmuştur.
