Abstract

Nörofibromatozis otozomal dominant geçiş gösteren ve değişik organ sistemlerini etkileyen bir hastalıktır. Nörofibromatozis olgularında, elde intratendinöz nörofibroma proliferasyonuna bağlı spontan fleksör tendon rüptürü olan olgular rapor edilmiştir. Çalışmamızda, nörofibromatozisi bulunan 34 yaşındaki bayan hastada elde tendon rüptürü sunulmuştur. Literatürden farklı olarak bu olguda tendon rüptürünün nörofibromun kitle etkisinden ziyade hastalığın dejeneratif etkisinden olduğu kanaatindeyiz.

Abstract

Neurofibromatosis is a disease with an autosomal dominant inheritance pattern and it affects different organ systems. In neurofibromatosis cases, cases with a spontaneous flexor tendon rupture depending on intratendinous neurofibroma proliferation in hand were reported. In our study, tendon rupture in the hand of 34-year-old female patient with neurofibromatosis was presented. Unlike literature in this case, we are of opinion that the disease has degenerative effect instead of neurofibroma mass effect of tendon rupture.
