Abstract

Jinekomasti, erkek meme dokusunun iyi huylu büyümesidir. Uygun bir bekleme süresi içersinde jinekomastide gerileme olmaz ise cerrahi müdahale uygulanabilir. Patolojik glandüler dokunun cerrahi tedavi ile çıkarılması istenmeyen skar oluşumu ile sonuçlanabilmektedir. ‘Pull-through’ tekniği ile kombine liposakşın uygulaması, minimal insizyon yeri gereksinimi ve ameliyat sonrası daha az skar dokusu oluşturması sebebiyle tercih edilebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada glandüler meme büyümesi olan adölesan hastalarda uyguladığımız ‘pull-through’ tekniği ile kombine liposakşın tedavisinin sonuçlarını sunduk.

PULL-THROUGH TECHNIQUE COMBINED WITH LIPOSUCTION IN GYNECOMASTIA

Abstract

Gynecomastia is defined as a benign enlargement of the male breast. If breast enlargement does not resolve after a reasonable waiting period then surgical intervention is indicated. Removal of pathological glandular breast tissue may result with undesirable scar formation. Pull-through technique with combined liposuction is preferred for minimal incision site require and minimal postoperative scar formation.
