FASİYAL PARALİZİNİN DİNAMİK REKONSTRÜKSİYONU VE KANCALI SÜTÜR

Abstract

Dinamik rekonstrüksiyon, fasiyal paralizinin tedavisinde sık kullanılan bir grup yöntemi içermektedir. Yöntemlerin başarısı, dinamik rekonstrüksiyonla transfer edilen kasın alıcı sahaya fonksiyonel uyumuyla orantılıdır. Erken dönemde kasın istem dışı çalıştırılması, kasın rüptürüne yol açarak operasyon başarısını etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada kancalı sütürlerin, yöntemin görünüm, statik ve dinamik fonksiyon üzerine etkisi tartışılacaktır.

Thread Lift In Dynamic Reconstruction of Facial Paralysis

Abstract

Dynamic reconstruction is one of the basic method in facial reconstruction. Involuntary early motion of the transferred muscle results in rupture and subsequently causes the failure of reconstruction. In this study, the role of barbed sutures to prevent the early rupture of the transferred muscle and the advantages of barbed sutures on cosmesis are discussed.
