Abstract
Sarkoidozun cilt tutulumlarından biri olan Lupus Pernio (LP), başta burun olmak üzere, ağız çevresinde, kulakta, elde, parmakta ve göz kapağında görülebilen, kronik cilt lezyonları ile karakterize bir lezyondur. Bu lezyonlar çok nadiren sarkoidozun diğer sistemik bulguları ortaya çıkmadan önce, sarkoidozun ilk bulgusu olarak ortaya çıkarlar. Hastanın önceden sarkoidoz tanısı konulamamışsa, klinik görüntü malign cilt lezyonları ile karışabilmektedir. Bu vaka sunumunda, burun distalinde, tümöral kitle ön tanısı ile cerrahi planlanan, fakat daha sonra LP tanısı alan hasta sunulmakta ve LP'nin tedavisinde plastik cerrahinin yeri tartışılmaktadır.

Abstract
Lupus pernio (LP) is the skin manifestation of sarcoidosis that occurs most commonly on the nose, perioral region, ears, fingers, and eyelids. These lesions rarely appear as the initial symptom of systemic sarcoidosis. LP on the nose is easily misdiagnosed as malign skin tumor if the patient does not already have a sarcoidosis diagnose. In this case report a patient with a nasal LP mimicking skin tumor is presented and the role of a plastic surgeon is discussed in the treatment of LP.
