Abstract

Bu çalışmada distal tabanlı dorsalis pedis adipofasyal ada flebi tanımlanmıştır. Bu flep yanık kontraktürlü iki hasta başarılı bir şekilde uygulanmıştır. Kontraktürlerin serbestleştirilmesinden sonra ortaya çıkan ayak dorsalinin distal kısmındaki defekt tanımlanan bu fleple onarılmıştır. Bu flebin donör alan morbiditesi minimaldir. Çünkü donör alandaki deri korunmuş ve alan primer kapatılmıştır.
