Profesyonel Sürücülerde Tükenmişlik ve Sürücü Davranışları İlişkisinde Kas İskelet Sistemi Bozukluklarının Aracılık Rolü

Öz
Alanyazında, tükenmişlik ve kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarının profesyonel sürücülerde dikkat eksikliğine, karar verme becerilerinin zayıflamasına ve tepki sürelerinin uzamasına neden olarak kazaları ve sapkın sürücü davranışlarını artırdığı belirtilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, bazı modeller tükenmişliğin kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarının gelişimini etkilediğini vurgulamakla birlikte, bu faktörlerin profesyonel sürücülerdeki davranışsal çıktılar üzerindeki etkilerini incelememiştir. Kesitsel ve betimleyici nitelikteki bu çalışmada, profesyonel sürücülerde tükenmişlik ile sapkın sürücü davranışları arasındaki ilişkinin ve bu ilişkide kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarının aracılık etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemi, 147 profesyonel sürücüden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği, Roland-Morris Engellilik Anketi, Sürücü Davranışları Ölçeği ve Demografik Bilgi Formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler Pearson korelasyon analizi ile, tükenmişlik ile sapkın sürücü davranışları arasındaki ilişkide ise yaş ve tecrübenin etkisi kontrol edilerek, kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarının dolaylı etkileri aracılık analizleri (Model 4) kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, tükenmişliğin hatalarla, kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarının ise hatalar ve ihmallerle pozitif yönde korelasyon gösterdiğini ve tükenmişlik ile hatalar ve ihmaller arasındaki ilişkide kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarının aracılık etkisinin anlamlı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu bulgular, sapkın sürücü davranışlarını etkileyen karmaşık faktörler ağında bireysel özelliklerin, organizasyonel koşulların ve sağlık göstergelerinin önemini vurgulamakta ve aynı zamanda trafik güvenliğinin sağlanmasına yönelik teorik çerçeveyi genişletmektedir.
