Ethics in Social Work Research: Reflections from a Social Work PhD Student

Year 2017, Volume: 1 Issue: 1, 21 - 34, 23.06.2017

Abstract

Ethics in social science research has played important role since the mid
20th century. According to common belief, the basic criteria for quality of social
science research is regarded as ethics. A good social work research is kind of
practice containing its own ethical principles and scientific methods accepting
different concepts in different contexts. Research, on the other hand, is one of the
important components of social work discipline. It has utmost importance in realizing
aims of social work. Research in social work requires ethical responsibility. In this
study, social work researchers are presented with suggestions out of ongoing
patterns in social work research.

Sosyal Hizmet Araştırma Etiği: Bir Sosyal Hizmet Doktora Öğrencisinden Yansımalar

Year 2017, Volume: 1 Issue: 1, 21 - 34, 23.06.2017
