In this study,, pollen samples which belong to Uludag and Karacabey regions were purchased. Every granule of pollen samples were divided by color scale from all colors, 56 preperates were prepeared according to the Wodehouse method. Total 26 taxa were identified as 13 families, 1 subfamily and 12 genus. 14 of 26 taxa were dominant. Cistus spp. pollens from Cistaceae, Campanula spp. pollens from Campanulaceae, Echium spp. pollens from Boraginaceae and pollens from Brassicaceae, Rosaceae were dominant in both samples.
