Abstract
Nörofibromatozis (NF), otozomal dominant geçişli olup, deri, sinir sistemi ve gözde belirtiler gösteren, tip 1 (NF-1) ve tip 2 (NF-2) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılan bir hastalıktır. Olgumuz 21 yaşında Karabük Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’ne amnion sıvısı gelmesi sebebiyle başvuran gebedir. Gebede karın çevresinde, yüzünde, saçlı deride, perine bölgesinde ve sağ bacağında nörofibromlar ve cafe au lait lekeler tespit edildi. Yapılan tam kan sayımı, idrar, kan şekeri, karaciğer ve böbrek fonksiyon testleri normal olarak değerlendirildi. Olgumuzda gebenin şimdiye kadar NF-1 tanısı almadığı ve gebelik izlemlerinde bu belirtiler değerlendirilmediği görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada daha önce NF-1 tanısı almamış ve doğum belirtileri başlayan olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract
Neurofibromatosis (NF) is an autosomal dominant disease that is divided into two groups: type 1 (NF- 1) and type 2 (NF-2), with symptoms in the skin, nervous system, and eyes. Our case is a pregnant woman who was admitted to Karabük Education and Research Hospital at the age of 21 due to the arrival of amniotic fluid. Neurofibromas and cafe au lait spots were detected around the abdomen, face, scalp, perineum, and right leg during pregnancy. The complete blood count, urine, blood sugar, liver and kidney function tests performed were evaluated as normal. In our case, it has been observed that the pregnant woman has not been diagnosed with NF-1 so far and these symptoms have not been evaluated in pregnancy follow-ups. In this study, we aimed to present a case who had not previously been diagnosed with NF-1 and whose birth symptoms had started.
